Gybe Games is a young, fast-growing and passionate gaming company with its extremely talented people. Our mission is to combine knowledge, creativity and fun in a collaborative environment. Our team builds mobile games, from innovative and fun hyper-casuals to groundbreaking casual games.

Everything we created is driven by our love for games and by the inspiration we get from each other. We never hesitate to add a dash of fun and laughter to every work we do, since we know that anything done with passion and joy is dedicated to success. That being said; games we created have over 20 million of downloads!

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Creating visual designs for marketing campaigns. Such work may include images, videos, animated motion graphics, and other online advertising media units.
• Brainstorming new creative concepts to improve user acquisition and engagement.
• Researching and understanding marketing trends from games and app industries.
• Working with the Marketing Team to analyze creative performance data to improve in new iterations.
• Providing design feedback to internal and 3rd party collaborators.

Who You Are

• University Degree preferably in Graphic Design, Animation or related field and high interest in Motion Graphics.
• Ability to create 2D motion graphics.
• Proficiency with relevant industry-standard applications, such as Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
• A keen eye for color, light, shade, form, composition, and story.
• Ability to communicate effectively, plan and organize work activities, analyze the information, and manage work time efficiently.
• Understanding of advertising platforms and their specific visual requirements.
